Jim Knight went above and beyond expectations. Despite early reluctance from buyers, Jim showed a persistence in approach that ultimately resulted in a great outcome. Jim willingly helped us by continually monitoring our home while we are absent. He enabled us to rectify any problems that arose because of his attention. He continued to use all available means to successfully market our home. His pleasant, positive attitude, combined with the ability to adjust to changing conditions, led to a successful outcome. Simply put, we don’t believe we would have sold our home without Jim.

I really expected this to be tough. The market really wasn’t in our favor and we were buying from Kansas City which meant we couldn’t easily come and look at properties. Working with Jim made buying a house seem easy. There isn’t anything more I could ask for. His process that he walked us through before purchasing helped us clearly see what we were looking for. Because we had gone through and made a list of what was important we felt confident in our purchase. The whole purchase process went very smoothly and we are very happy with our new home!
