I really expected this to be tough. The market really wasn’t in our favor and we were buying from Kansas City which meant we couldn’t easily come and look at properties. Working with Jim made buying a house seem easy. There isn’t anything more I could ask for. His process that he walked us through before purchasing helped us clearly see what we were looking for. Because we had gone through and made a list of what was important we felt confident in our purchase. The whole purchase process went very smoothly and we are very happy with our new home!
Jim was great from the onset of working with him. His due diligence and justification for pricing my condo was thorough and thoughtful. I quickly agreed with his assessment. The photos and advertising he created were exceptional. He communicated with me at every step of the way and never made me feel uneasy if I reached out with questions. Even at a point when I became frustrated with the buyers barrage of questions (particularly in the final hours of the sale), he remained calm and talked me off of my ledge (self-imposed, I’ll admit). He made what is always a very stressful situation as easy as one can imagine.
